There is no verified public Booka Ducka Ding Dong support mailbox or support form. The app remains in a controlled internal TestFlight group, and this route is not presented as a monitored public support channel.
Controls already in the internal build
- Settings can export minimized story history, delete all local app data, remove an unfinished journey, and reset learned walking pace.
- A completed story can be deleted from its Library detail, including its local audio and cover files.
- The Creator Suite can export a local draft before browser storage is cleared or a draft is deleted.
- If a route or instruction appears unsafe or confusing, stop walking and look at the surroundings before interacting with the app.
Before public support opens
A working contact must pass inbound and outbound delivery tests. The owner must establish request ownership, response targets, identity checks for privacy requests, escalation, retention, abuse protection, and incident procedures. This page will be replaced only after those operations exist.
