Current prototype scope
- The iPhone app is limited to a controlled internal TestFlight cohort and is not represented as field-verified or ready for public release.
- Billing, subscriptions, account storage, creator submissions, public publishing, creator payouts, and human voice uploads are not active launch features.
- The browser Creator Suite is a private drafting tool. Exporting a file does not submit or publish a story, and a creator-entered origin label is not Booka verification or a copyright decision.
License and terms plan
The current planning assumption is to use Apple’s Standard EULA for the app license unless a custom agreement is deliberately adopted. Product-specific service, walking-safety, AI-content, creator-rights, and dispute terms have not been approved.
What remains open
Operator and DBA presentation, a publishable contact, launch territories, audience and age position, final EULA choice, walking-safety language, vendor terms, creator rules, takedown procedures, and owner or counsel approval must be resolved before public terms replace this status page.
